Secure With Blinx — Free Cybersecurity Assessment
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Secure With Blinx free cybersecurity assessment program.

1. Overview
The Secure With Blinx program provides one fully funded cybersecurity assessment to an eligible Australian small or medium business each month. These Terms & Conditions outline the eligibility requirements, selection process, and obligations of applicants.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, a business must:
- Operate within Australia
- Have between 1 and 200 employees
- Not be an existing Blinx assessment client
- Be willing and able to complete the assessment if selected
- Submit a valid application through the official form
- Ensure the person applying is authorised to act on behalf of the business
Multiple individuals from the same business may apply, but all applications will be treated as one entry per business.
3. Application Process
- Applications may be submitted at any time via the official Secure With Blinx online web form.
- Eligible applications are considered each month.
- Applications remain active for future months unless withdrawn or selected.
- Applicants may request removal from the program at any time.
4. Selection Process
- One eligible business is randomly selected each month using a randomised selection process from all valid entries received by the last business day of the preceding month.
- Draws will be conducted on or before the last business day of June, July, and August 2026.
- Blinx may verify eligibility before confirming selection.
- If a selected business cannot be contacted within 10 business days of notification, Blinx reserves the right to select an alternative business for that month's draw.
- The selection process is independent and conducted solely by Blinx. No third party is involved in the selection of recipients.
5. Assessment Inclusions
The funded assessment includes:
- A structured review of the business’s cybersecurity posture
- Temporary installation of the Blinx probe scanner to collect configuration, vulnerability, and environment data required for the assessment
- A written report outlining findings and recommendations
- A follow‑up session to discuss results
The assessment does not include implementation, remediation, or ongoing services.
Scanner Notes
- The scanner is lightweight and used solely for assessment purposes
- It does not make changes to systems or configurations
- It can be removed immediately after the assessment
- Installation requires the business’s permission and cooperation
- All data collected is handled in accordance with the Blinx Privacy Policy
6. Business Obligations if Selected
Selected businesses agree to:
- Participate in the assessment process in good faith
- Provide reasonable access to information, systems, and personnel required for the assessment
- Ensure key personnel are available for scheduled sessions within agreed timeframes
- Cooperate with the temporary installation of the Blinx Scan Agent for the purposes of the assessment
- If a selected business fails to engage or respond within 10 business days of notification, or is unable to fulfil these obligations, Blinx reserves the right to withdraw the offer and select an alternative business for that month's draw. Withdrawal does not affect eligibility for future months.
7. No Cost to Selected Businesses
The assessment is provided at no cost. Any optional services outside the scope of the assessment will only be provided with separate agreement and consent.
8. Privacy
Information provided through the application form is used solely for:
- Eligibility verification
- Selection and administration of the program
- Delivery of the assessment
Blinx handles all information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9. Program Changes
Blinx may modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time. Changes will not affect assessments already confirmed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Blinx is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the program
- The assessment is provided on an advisory basis only
- Businesses remain responsible for their own cybersecurity decisions and actions
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, the applicant confirms:
- They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- They are authorised to apply on behalf of the business
- The information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge
- They consent to being contacted by Blinx for the purposes of program administration, including a brief introductory call to understand their business needs.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
